Our association with the bank has been for more than 13 years. Bank was facing difficulties with multiple vendors and outdated UI, BankFlex offered a single omni-channel digital platform that was easy to operate and maintain with a user-friendly modern solution.

The Problem

The bank implemented Internet Banking solution for personal and corporate clients, and additionally SMS banking, and telephone banking over the past few years. Each of these systems had its own independent implementation, different platform, and independent connectivity to the bank’s core banking system. This resulted in disparate solutions which were difficult to operate and maintain. The bank also faced high costs for running multiple systems and maintenance.

The Solution

BankFlex offered a user–friendly, modern omni channel solution for their both retail and corporate clients, which was easier to maintain and operate, further reducing their cost.
